Cedar Creek Valley Nursery was proudly founded in 2011 by Jamie Brownhowth in the heart of the Hunter Valley. What began as a small, passionate venture quickly grew into something much more — a trusted name built on quality plants, strong industry relationships, and a genuine love for horticulture.
From its early days, Cedar Creek focused on delivering healthy, high-quality plants while building lasting connections within the nursery industry. Through dedication and consistency, the nursery steadily gained recognition, growing in both reputation and popularity across the region.
As the business evolved, Cedar Creek embraced new opportunities, introducing fresh initiatives and expanding its offerings to better serve both retail and trade customers. This forward-thinking approach laid the foundation for continued growth and long-term success.
In recent years, the nursery entered an exciting new chapter, transitioning into the hands of new ownership, bringing fresh energy, vision, and innovation to the brand. While honouring the strong foundations built since 2011, the new leadership has focused on modernising and expanding the business.
A major milestone was achieved in 2025, with Cedar Creek surpassing 10,000 orders — a reflection of the trust and support from our growing customer base. This achievement marked a turning point, reinforcing our position as a rapidly growing nursery business.
Much of our recent focus has been on the refurbishment of our website, creating a more seamless and accessible experience for customers, alongside the introduction of new and expanded product ranges. These improvements are designed to better meet the needs of today’s plant lovers, landscapers, and businesses.
Throughout our journey, we have been proud to maintain strong partnerships with leading industry suppliers, including Pohlmans, Rocky Point, and Searles, along with many other respected nursery-based businesses. These relationships allow us to consistently deliver premium products and maintain the highest standards of quality.
